Introduction

The easiest and best pot roast I've ever had - juicy and full of flavor! The easiest and best pot roast I've ever had - juicy and full of flavor!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 Tablespoon dried minced onion
    1 Tablespooon minced garlic
    1.5 beef shoulder roast
    2 small cans V8 juice
    1 package au jus mix
    1 package dried Italian dressing mix
    1 teaspoon black pepper


Tips

It doesn't get any easier than this - or more delicious.


Directions

1. Place onion & garlic in the bottom of your slow cooker and place roast on top
2. Whisk together remaining ingredients and pour over roast
3. Cover & cook on low for 10-12 hours

Serving Size: Makes 6 1-cup servings
