Karen's Lowfat Cornbread

Ingredients

    2 cups Martha White Cornmeal mix
    2 Tablespoons Canola Oil - 1 T for pan
    1/2 cup better than eggs substitute
    1 T Onion Powder
    1 T Garlic Powder
    .5 T Salt
    6 T Dried Cultered Buttermilk blend
    1 1/3 C Water

Directions

Preheat oven to 450. Mix all ingredients except for 1 T of the oil. In a cast iron skillet or square pan put 1 T oil and put into oven for appx 4-5 minutes. Remove skillet from oven and pour in cornbread mixture. Bake for 20-25 mins or until golden brown.
