2 chicken breasts (I use Market Day chicknsteaks)
1 box chicken flavored rice mix
1 can 98% fat free cream of chicken soup
Cook Chicken flavored rice mix according to the directions on the box while cooking 2 chicken breasts. (or use chicken that you already cooked).
While rice is cooking, cut up chicken into bite size cubes.
When rice is done, add rice, chicken and 1 can cream of chicken soup to a casserole dish that has been sprayed with Pam or non stick cooking spray.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake 45 minutes.
Makes 6 1- cup servings. Recipe can be doubled.
