Overnight Oatmeal

Introduction

This is easy to put together right before bed and wake up to a hearty breakfast! This is easy to put together right before bed and wake up to a hearty breakfast!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 cup Steel Cut Oats (preferably not quick cooking)
    .75 cup Reduced Sugar Crasins (one 5 oz. pkg.)
    1 cup Raisins
    4 cups water
    .5 cup Fat Free Half & Half

Tips

It's great with diced apple and/or some Greek yogurt on top. (Walnuts are great, too.) Extra servings will keep in the frig and can just be re-heated in the microwave when you're ready.


Directions

Spray a slow cooker well with cooking spray to prevent sticking. Combine all the ingredients in the slow cooker, stirring gently, and set to low heat. Cover and let cook 7-8 hours. Your oatmeal will be ready when you get up. Just stir and serve.
