Ingredients



    *Russet Potato (Raw, Peeled) 1 potato, 6 serving (remove)
    *Diced Cooked Ham, 16 oz (remove)
    *1 med yellow onion, 1 serving (remove)
    Water, tap, 10 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    *Smart Balance Light Buttery Spread with Flax Oil, 12 tbsp (remove)
    *Flour, white, .5 cup (remove)
    Milk, Fat Free, Skim, 8 oz (remove)

Directions

peel and dice potatoes. Add them into water, add diced onion and ham. Bring to a boil then turn to medium heat until potatoes are tender. In another pot, melt butter, once it is melted and slightly bubbling, add flour and stir quickly ( it will clump) add the milk and whisk over medium heat until thick and no clumps. Add to potato and ham mixture. Serve right away. Can add some cheese to the top.
