Ingredients

    Lean Ground Beef
    1/2 Sweet Red Pepper or Green Pepper
    1/4 Sweet Onion
    1 Egg
    1/2 Cup Seasoned Bread Crumbs
    1/2 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (Part Skim)
    Pam Olive Oil Spray

Directions

Puree Pepper, Onion & Egg in Food Processor. Mix Meat, Breadcrumbs & Cheese into Puree. Roll into Meatballs. Spray Baking Sheet with Olive Oil Pam, Place Meatalls on Sheet evenly spaced & Broil for 6 to 8 minutes/side.
