Spinach Mushroom Soup Quiche

Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    3/4 c Egg Beaters
    1/2 c Cottage Cheese, 1% Milkfat
    2 c Mushrooms (sauteed if desired)
    1/2 c Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup
    3 c Spinach
    Spices and seasonings as deisred

Directions

1 In a medium bowl, beat eggs until foamy.
2 Gradually add soup and milk, mixing well.
3 Add cottage cheese, mushrooms, and spinach to pan
4 Pour soup mixture over all.
5 Sprinkle with nutmeg.
6 Bake at 350 for 50 min or until center is set.

Let stand before serving.
