Ingredients

    * Red Potato, 700 grams
    * Onions, raw, 9 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    * Salt, 5 dash
    * Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    * Water, tap, 105 cup (8 fl oz)

Directions

Boil the water with potatoes, 6 onions, salt and olive oil. When all the ingredients are soft, blend it with a blender.
Add the rest of the onions cutted in stips and let it boil until onions are soft and sweet.
