Easy Crock Pot Potato Soup

Ingredients

    1 30 ounce bag of frozen hash browns. Cubed or shredded both will work.
    2 cans reduced fat Cream Of Chicken Soup
    2 cup chopped celery
    1 chopped large onion
    2 boxes of Chicken Bullion
    1 small reduced fat cream cheese

    Toppings optional:
    Green onion
    Bacon Bits
    Cheddar Cheese

Tips

Can use Campbell's Cheddar Cheese Soup instead.
Can add carrot shreds.
Can add chicken shredded.

Caloric value would change.


Directions

Put all ingredients EXCEPT Cream Cheese into crock pot and cook on low for 5 hours. Add Cream Cheese an hour before finished ( at 4 hour point).
