    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup cherry tomatoes halves
    Cucumber (peeled), .50 small (6-3/8" long)
    Kalamata, Green Olives, pitted, 1 oz
    Feta Cheese, .25 cup, crumbled
    Olive Oil, 3 tbsp
    balsamic vinegar, 3 tablespoon
    Lemon juice, 1 tbsp
    Salt, 1 tsp
    fresh mint

Directions

mix salad items
