Stuffed Mushrooms

Introduction

So delicious, and easy So delicious, and easy
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    10 large mushrooms
    4 links venison breakfast sauage (can use any kind of sausage, just might alter your fat content)
    4 tbsp. fat free cream cheese
    1 tsp. garlic, minced
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 cup shreded cheddar cheese

Directions

Pull out stem of mushrooms and chop into small peices. In a small skillet, mix mushroom peices, sausage (remove from casing) , and garlic. (I also add whatever spices I feel like and have in the cupboard) Cook until meat is done. Add cheese and stuff into mushroom caps. Sprinkle cheese on top. Place in pan and bake at 350 until mushrooms are soft and cooked. Usually 10- 15 minutes. Enjoy.
