This is a recipe that has been part of our family get togethers for years....try adding black olives, balsamic vinegar, and use red/purple onions...it's FABULOUS! And the longer they sit in the fridge the better they taste. - 1/19/10

  • I fell in Love wit this! I left out the water, I felt the tomatoes and cukes have enough. I used Japanese Cucumbers instead of American, they have less/smaller seeds. (English would be good, too) I used this to top my Spring Mix salad and didn't deed any other dressing. - 6/19/13

  • This was a great way to use cucumbers and tomatoes. I agree with other postings, too much water and I only used a cup. I also put some garlic in. I will make it again but with only a couple of tablespoons of water and keep the addition of garlic. - 4/14/09
