Ingredients



    *Squash, winter, acorn, raw, 2 squash (4 inch dia)
    *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 8 oz
    Mini Sweet Bell Peppers (3 peppers to a svg), .3 serving
    Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz), 0.25 cup
    Celery, raw, 1 stalk, small (5" long)
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1 large
    Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 1 large
    Gouda Cheese, 2 oz
    Garlic, 1 clove
    Rosemary, dried, 1 tsp
    Mrs. Dash (R) Original Blend, .5 tsp
    Salt, 2 dash
    Pepper, black, 2 dash
    Parsley, dried, 1 tbsp
    Cilantro, raw, 1 tbsp

Tips

score the acorn squash before filling and sprinkle some mrs dash in too.


Directions

Cook turkey with seasonings in a pan and set aside to cool
Chop celery, pepper, mushroom, onion, cilantro very fine. Mix in gouda cheese and egg. Mix in cooked turkey. Spoon into Acorn squash. Bake @ 350 for 40-50 minutes in loaf pans with small amount of water in the bottom. Cover with tin foil.

Serving Size: Makes 4 Acorn Bowls
