Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 Medium onion sliced
    2.5 lb Pork tenderloin
    1/2 bottle BBQ Sauce
    1 Cup Water
    1/4 cup cornstarch (if needed)

Directions

Place onions in bottom of slow cooker. Put pork loin on top. Cover with BBQ sauce. Add cup of water around it. Cook for 9 hours on low. If you need to thicken sauce add cornstarch to cold water until dissolved and add to pot. Let it thicken before serving. Serve on rolls or thins (not included in calorie count.
