Introduction

Purchase 4 sea bass steaks weighting 8-10 oz. each Purchase 4 sea bass steaks weighting 8-10 oz. each

Ingredients

    2 tsp dried oregano
    2 tsp sweet paprika
    1/2 tsp ground ginger
    1/2 tsp pepper
    1/4 tsp cayenne
    1 t olive oil
    4 thick sea bass steaks
    salt as needed
    thyme & lemon peel,slivered

Tips

a baked potato & green beans with beacon would be a companion items

Directions

In a large mixing bowl. combine oregano, paprika, ginger,pepper,cayenne & oil, rub over steaks. In heavy skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat for 2 minutes. Add steaks, smooth side down; fry 2 to 3 minutes, until blacken.Turn steaks over reduce heat& cook another 3-6 minutes sprinkle with salt,thyme,& lemon juice before serving.
