    2 large Eggs, beaten
    1 3/4 cup Milk
    1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
    1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
    2 cup All Purpose Flour
    1 tablespoon Sugar
    4 teaspoons Baking Powder
    1/4 teaspoon Salt


* Mix the wet ingredients together in a bowl.
* In a second bowl, mix the dry ingredients together
* Add dry to wet ingredients and mix well.
* Cook batter in waffle iron.

Serving Size: Makes 6 servings 2 waffles each
