Corn Bread w/ bacon grease

Ingredients

    2 tbls melted bacon grease
    1 cup self-rising corn meal
    1/2 cup cold milk

Tips

Make sure that there is substantial grease in the bottom of iron skillet or corn bread will stick.


Directions

Mix all ingredient together and shap into pones or place in a well greased iron skillet. Bake at 425 for 25 minutes. If using iron skillet but into 5 pieces.
