Ingredients



    *Bob's Red Mill Unsweetened Flaked Coconut, 1.5 cup (remove)
    *Organic All-Purpose White Flour, 1.25 cup (remove)
    *Domino light brown sugar, 36 tsp (remove)
    *Diamond Crystal Salt Sense Real Iodized Salt, 0.50 tsp (remove)
    Butter, salted, 0.75 cup (remove)
    Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats, 1.5 cup (remove)
    homemade raspberry jam, 15 tbsp (remove)

Tips

I did not use seedless jam...it was fine.
I used sweetened flaked coconut for crust but sprinkled Trader Joe unsweetened roasted flakes on the top.
I think you could cut back on the amount of butter.
