    8 oz Swai Fish (1 fillet)
    30 gms Ginger Root
    2 stalks Green Onions
    10 tbsp Cilantro
    1 dash Black Pepper
    1 dash Salt
    1 tbsp Michiu Distilled Spirit of Rice
    1 dash Vegetable Oil


Rinse fish fillet. Place them in a ceramic plate. Clean ginger root by brushing off sand under the faucet and shred them finely. Line ginger roots shreds on top of fish fillets. Sprinkle a dash of pepper and followed by a dash of salt. Add in just a dash of vegetable oil. Add in the Michiu distilled spirit of rice which is a Chinese cooking wine. Wash and chopped up green onions and cilantro. Place half of it to be steamed and retain half aside for garnishing.
After the steamer comes to a boil, steam it for 5 to 6 minutes.
