Seasoned Salt Potatoes


Number of Servings: 4


    7 medium red potatoes
    1 stick butter
    1 tsp. seasoned salt


Preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit. Slice potatoes into quarters or eighths. Place potatoes in large saucepan and cover with water. Bring water to a boil and boil potatoes about 10 minutes. Places potatoes on lightly greased cookie sheet. Melt butter and pour over potatoes. Toss potatoes in butter. Season with seasoned salt. Bake for 30 minutes.
