Dollywood Stew

Submitted by: OLDIBMCE

Introduction

We were at Dollywood in Tennessee and there was a wonderful smell through the whole valley. We found the source. They had this huge "Wok" type thing and they were cooking potatoes, onion, and peppers. They were selling from the center and adding raw ingredients at the outside and stiring slowly as it cooked.
We tried it at with ground beef at home and it was good.
