Introduction

Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    24oz 93% Lean Ground Turkey
    2.5 cups chopped onion
    2 28oz. Cans Diced Tomatoes
    2 Med. Zucchini diced
    2 Med. Yellow Squash, Diced
    2 15oz Can Black Beans, Drained
    1 can Black Soy Beans, Drained
    1 15oz cans reduced sodium beef broth
    4 celery stalks, diced
    1.5 Bag frozen Tri-color peppers
    1 pack chili seasoning

Tips

I add some Sriracha or Tabasco for a little more heat and flavor. I then add some Splenda to add some sweetness. You get the spicy and sweet chili.


Directions

Saute onion and turkey until browned. Mix all in a large stock pot. Bring to a boil, then simmer untill vegetables are tender.
