    1 T olive oil
    1 T balsamic vinegar
    black pepper

    This salad was good but I would cut the cheese into smaller bites. I made this as an appetizer and it was hard to mingle while trying to chew that bite of cheese. - 12/30/13

    I have made this recipe using grape tomatoes and tiny mozzarella balls and it was delicious, but be sure the tomatoes are crisp and fresh, because the ones I used were not, and that squishy taste was not good. It may be better to use large, firm chopped tomatoes. - 12/30/13

  • This looks easy and fun. I have put the same ingredients, but used tiny tomatoes and the small balls of mozzarella, on a toothpick for an appetizer. They are colorful, healthy and delicious. - 6/16/14
