Introduction

Just tender veal in a nice tomato gravy. Just tender veal in a nice tomato gravy.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    for about 500 gr. cubed lean veal
    1 tbsp olive oil
    4 shallots
    2 pieces of garlic
    1 tomato
    salt
    pepper
    bay leaf
    1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
    1 tbsp tamari soy sauce
    if necessary add some water

Directions

Brown veal in hot oil. Add sliced shallots and garlic.
Once everything is nicely brown add a chopped up tomato, some vinegar and soy sauce as well as a bayleaf or 2. Add seasoning to taste.
Stew for about 1 hour.

Serving Size: serves 4 to 5
