Introduction

Recipe was given to my husband by a former co-worker and it was one from his mom. Recipe was given to my husband by a former co-worker and it was one from his mom.

Ingredients

    Lauras Lean Beef Ground Beef 8% fat, 16 oz
    fresh onion, 1 cup
    Celery stalks- 3 med branches (105g)
    Granulated Sugar, 1 tsp
    1/2 tsp. Cumin Powder, 1 serving
    basil, dried, .5 tsp
    Garlic, Granulated (Dry), 1 tsp
    Morton's Season All, 1 tsp.
    Hunts sauce tomato sauce no salt added, 1.75 cup
    Fry's Tomato Paste, 170 gram(s)
    Campbells healthy request cheddar cheese soup, 2.54 serving
    Campbell's Healthy Request Condensed Tomato Soup, 5 serving
    1 (soup)can water
    Lea & Perrins The Original Worchester Sauce (1tsp), 3 serving
    Emeril's Wing Sauce, .5 tsp
    Barilla - Whole Grain Pasta, Medium Shells, 375 gram(s)
    2 tsp Canola oil

Directions

Cook macaroni according to directions on box and drain thoroughly. Saute the oninon and celery slowly in a large pan or Dutch oven with the oil. Brown ground beef, drain off grease and add to onion/celery mixture. Then thoroughly stir in rest of the ingredients on low heat to prevent burning for about 10-12 minutes. Then add the amount of macaroni you desire and cook on low a few minutes longer until well blended.

Serving Size: Makes thirteen 1 cup servings
