Orange Rice

Ingredients

    1/2 med. yellow onion
    1 Tbsp. Olive oil
    1 c. brown rice
    2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. Frozen orange juice concentrate
    1/2 tsp. marjoram

Tips

Nice change from plain old rice. It goes well with anything.


Directions

Saute the onion in the olive oil. When soft add the rice. Stir. Add the water, orage concentrate and marjoram. Cook until rice is soft or about 30 minutes.
