Ozark Mountains Stew

Ingredients

    8 oz- Left over roast beef
    1/4 Tbl - Paprika
    1/2 Tsp - Salt
    1 Tbl - Olive Oil
    1 ea - Onion, small, course chopped
    1/4 ea - Garlic Cloves, Minced
    1 ea - 14 1/2 oz Can - Whole Tomatoes
    1 Tbl - Chili Powder
    1 Tbl - Cinnamon
    1 Tbl - Cloves
    1/4 Tsp - Red Pepper
    2 ea - Potatoes, medium, peeled & chopped
    1/2 Cup - Carrots, Chopped

Directions

Put oil in dutch oven. Add leftover beef, onion, potatoes, carrots and garlic. Put on med heat. Cook until vegetables are tender, stirring constantly. Fill dutch oven about half full of water. Add spices. Chop up and add tomatoes last so they don't turn to mush. Serve as soon as tomatoes are warm.
