    3 C BREAD FOUR
    3/4 TSP YEAST
    1 TSP SALT

    1 34/ C CUBED CHEESE
    1 C SLICED GREEN OLIVES

    1 1/3-1/5 C WATER WARM

Directions

MIX DRY INGREDIENT, ADD CHEESE AND OLIVES, MIX IN WATER WELL AND COVER TO LET RISE 10-12 HOURS.

PLACE ON WELL FLOURED SURFACE, TURN GENTLY A FEW TIMES. IT SILL BE VERY STICKY.

LET RISE AGAIN UNTIL DOUBLE, ABOUT AN HOUR OR TWO.

GREASE WELL A DUTCH OVEN.OR LARGE HEAVY CASSEROLE DISH.

HANDLING GENTLY, PLACE IN GREASED HOT POT.
OVEN AT 475 DEGREES. COVER POT WITH LID. UNCOVER AFTER 25 MINUTES. COOKS ABOUT AN HOUR.
