Introduction

Saw this in SP rrecipes and decided this would be great to make vegetarian/vegan and have the nutrition/calorie count available for party use. Saw this in SP rrecipes and decided this would be great to make vegetarian/vegan and have the nutrition/calorie count available for party use.
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    *Veganaise (reduced fate) - Follow Your Heart, 16 tbsp or 1 cup.
    Artichokes, frozen, 1 package (9 oz)
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1 cup
    Garlic, 1 clove, finely minced

Tips

The Reduced Fat Veganaise was chosen because of the calorie and fat differential. If you choose to use a full fat version please note the calories double and fat content is all Saturated fat though the value is the same.


Directions

1. Mix all ingredients in a food processor and purée until artichokes are chopped fine.

2. Pour mixture into 8” x 8” glass baking dish. Bake at 350° F until bubbly, about 30 minutes.
