    4 TO 6 SMALL WAXY POTATOES COOKED AND DICED
    1/2 HEAD CAULIFLOWER COOKED AND DICED
    1/2 CUP DICED RED ONION
    1/2 CUP DICED CELERY
    1/2 CUP SWEET PICKLES CHOPPED
    6 HARD BOILED EGGS (WHITES CHOPPED AND YOLKS SEPERATED)
    1 CUP FAT FREE MAYO
    2 TBS DEJON MUSTARD
    2 TBS SUGAR
    4 CLOVES GARLIC FINELY DICED
    1 TSP ONION POWDER
    1 TSP GARLIC POWDER
    1 TSP SALT AND PEPER TO TASTE
    DILL OR PARSLEY TO FINISH

Directions

FIRST BOIL THE POTATOES AND CAULIFLOWER, IN A POT OF GENERSLY SALTED WATER, COVERED ABOUT 1 AND A HALF INCHES OVER YOUR VEGTABLES, FOR ABOUT 20 MINS
OR UNTILL TENDER

ONCE THE POTATOES AND CAULIFLOWER HAVE COOLED YOU CAN DICE THEM
DICE THE RED ONIONS, CELERY, PICKELS, EGG WHITES AND GARLIC
PUT EVERYTHING IN A LARGE BOWL

IN A SMALLER BOWL START OUT WITH YOUR EGG YOLKS
SMASH THE EGG YOLKS WITH A FORK
NOW ADD THE MAYO, MUSTARD, SUGAR, ONION POWDER, GARLIC POWDER, SALT AND PEPER
WHISK WELL UNTILL INGREDENTS ARE WELL COMBINED.

ONCE THIS DRESSING IS SMOOTH AND CREAMY YOU CAN ADD IT TO THE LARGER BOWL WITH YOUR VEGTABLES
COMBINE WELL

LET THIS SIT IN THE REFRIDGERATOR OVER NIGHT FOR TO MAKE SURE THE INGREDENTS HAVE REALLY MARRIED
YOU CAN GARNISH THE SALAD WITH FRESH DILL OR PARSLEY IF YOU LIKE
