Spring Fresh Salad

Introduction

Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    Salad--
    5 cups of washed Spinach
    1/2 cup sliced Strawberries
    1/2 cup whole Green Grapes
    1/3 cup dried Cherries
    1/4 Sliced Almonds
    Dressing--
    4 Tsp Balsamic Vinegar
    2 Tsp Pineapple Juice

Directions

Using egg slicer to cut even slices of strawberries, mix together with washed spinach, almonds, cherries and green grapes.
Toss in 2T of pinapple juice and 4T balsamic vinegar.
