Cinnamon Apple Jello Salad

Introduction

A simple but lively dessert salad that you only have to wait for. A simple but lively dessert salad that you only have to wait for.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 small 16oz can unsweetened applesauce
    1/2 cup red hot cinnamon candies
    2 small packages cherry sugar free jello
    2 cups hot water
    cold water
    1 cup water

Directions

Dissolve jello in hot water. In medium saucepan, bring 1 cup water to a boil. Stir in cinnamon candies until dissolved. Remove from heat, add enough cold water to equal 2 cups. Stir in jello/hot water mixture and mix in applesauce

Spray bundt cake pan with non-stick vegetable oil. Pour applesauce/jello mix into pan and chill, covered overnight. Upright mold onto flat dish with raised edges and jiggle until mixture comes out. Serve as is, or with lite whipped topping mounded in hollow center.

Serves 6- about 1 cup servings
