Introduction

This is an awesome vegetarian meal. It's simple and nutritious and delicious! This is an awesome vegetarian meal. It's simple and nutritious and delicious!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 cans cannellini beans (don't drain them)
    1/2 large onion, diced
    5 cloves garlic, minced
    1 tbs olive oil

Directions

Saute the onion in the olive oil for about 5 minutes or until it starts to get tender; add the garlic and saute about 3 minutes or until the garlic just starts to brown. Add the beans and cook until hot. You may want to add some water. This is better a little juicy. Serve the beans over pasta. This would be good over rice or potatoes, as well, or even just on it's own.
