Tiny flourless peanut butter cookies with regular pb

Introduction

These are a slight variation of the cookies using regular peanut butter instead of natural. These are a slight variation of the cookies using regular peanut butter instead of natural.
Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    1 Cup regular peanut butter
    1/2 Cup Splenda (baking blend or brown sugar blend)
    1/4 Cup egg substitute
    1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    Dark chocolate chips (semi-sweet, gluten free)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
Mix all ingredients except chocolate chips well. Place small (1 tsp) cookies on cookie sheet. Press down with fork (criss-cross pattern). Add 1 or 2 Dark chocolate chips to each. Cook for 6 - 8 minutes, just enough for cookies to start browning on bottom.
