Introduction

A great morning oatmeal. Perfect for a cold snowy day! Vegan and Gluten Free. A great morning oatmeal. Perfect for a cold snowy day! Vegan and Gluten Free.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    Rolled Oats (1/2 cup)
    Water (1 cup)
    Frozen Blueberries (sprinkle)
    Medjool Date (1)
    Unsalted Sunflower Seeds (handful)
    Maple Syrup (~1 Tbsp)
    Banana (1 small or 1/2 large)
    Almond Milk (1-2 Tbsp)

Directions

Put the rolled oats and water in a large bowl with blueberries, date, and sunflower seeds. Cover with plastic wrap and cook for 5 min. Then cover with syrup, thinly sliced banana, and almond milk to taste.

Serving Size: Makes enough for one, but easily adjustable.
