Ingredients

    Whole wheat lasagna noodles (7 noodles)
    Marinara Sauce (3 cups)
    Part-Skim Ricotta Cheese (1 3/4 cup)
    Shredded Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese (8 oz)
    Ground Beef 91/9 (1 lb)

Directions

Brown ground beef - add oregano and basil to taste. Boil noodles. In a lightly sprayed 9x13 pan, layer 1/2 of noodles, 1/2 of ground beef, 1/2 of ricotta, 1/2 of marinara, 1/3 mozzarella. Repeat this layer again. Top with remaining mozzarella. Bake for 20 mins at 375, or until cheese is melted and dish is heated through.

Serving Size: Makes 10 pieces in a 9x13 pan
