1 very ripe banana, riced, mashed or beaten smooth
    5 cups of confectioners sugar
    1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp apple juice (can use lemon juice or orange juice)
    1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp sugar free hazelnut flavoring

Add all ingredients to bowl and mix thoroughly. To color icing for holiday cookies, divide icing into 3 parts, each about 8 ounces in separate cups. Add food coloring & stir well to mix. Ice the cookies with a knife OR to decorate with lines, use the following technique:

Tips

Cut the recipe in half if you are doing just a dozen cupcakes.
