A delicious vegan chocolate cake! A delicious vegan chocolate cake!
Number of Servings: 9

Ingredients

    # Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 3 tbsp
    # Granulated Sugar, 1 cup
    # *Flour, white, 1.5 cup
    # Salt, 0.5 tsp
    # Baking Soda, 1 tsp
    # *Canola Oil, 6 tbsp
    # Cider Vinegar, 1 tbsp
    # Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
    # Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)

Directions

Put the dry ingredients straight into an 8 x 8 pan. Make three wells - one for the oil, one for the vinegar and one for the vanilla. Pour the cold water over everything and stir it up until well blended. Then put in the oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Makes 9 good sized pieces.
