Introduction

Love snickerdoodles? Limiting carbs? Yum! Love snickerdoodles? Limiting carbs? Yum!
Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    2 c almond flour
    1/8 t baking soda
    4-5 T coconut oil, melted
    1/4 c organic honey
    1 T vanilla extract
    2-3 T cinnamon (for rolling)

Directions

Stir wet ingredients together, then add dry ingredients (except cinnamon).
Form dough into 24 equal balls.
Roll dough balls in cinnamon and place on cookie sheet.
Flatten balls with bottom of glass to approximately 3/8 inch thick (or your desired thickness).
Bake at 350 degrees for 7-8 minutes.
Cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes to allow cookies to firm up.
