Meg's Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Protein Shake

Introduction

Quick and delicious meal replacement protein shake. Quick and delicious meal replacement protein shake.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1.5 cups - Silk Light Chocolate Soy Milk
    1 cup - Skim Milk
    3 tbsp - Skippy Creamy Peanut Butter
    1 packet - Carnation Breakfast Essentials, Milk Chocolate
    2 tbsp - Carnation Nonfat Dry Milk Powder
    1 scoop - Body Fortress Chocolate Protein Powder
    3 medium bananas
    Handful of ice

Directions

Mix ingredients in blender -- I find it easiest to add in following order: milk, powders, peanut butter, bananas, ice. Blend on liquefy for 1-2 minutes, until smooth. Pour & serve!

Serving Size: Makes 4 servings (approximately 10 ounces)
