1 full box of Rice Bowl Roasted Garlic Couscous Mix
2 tsp Smart Balance Buttery Spread
1 can of Great Value Chunk Chicken Breast
2 tsp McCormick Grill Mates Zesty Herb Marinade
2-second spray of Smart Balance Non-Stick Spray
I used the canned chunk chicken because it's all we had in the house at the time. However, I'd recommend substituting with pre-cooked, seasoned chicken strips or chunks from your grocer's lunch meat section. It's tastier and easier to portion out!
Portion: 1 cup of prepared couscous topped with 2 oz of sauteed chunk chicken breast.
