Ingredients

    2 Gorton's Tilapia Signature Grilled Fillets
    1 (18-ounce) package romaine lettuce
    2 Tbsp light Caesar dressing
    1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
    2 Tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
    2 Tbsp croutons

Tips

This recipe is great with all our Grilled Tilapia and All Natural Grilled Fillets.


Directions

1. Prepare Gorton's Tilapia Signature Grilled Fillets according to package directions.
2. Cut cooked fillets into 4 pieces, toss with lettuce and Caesar dressing, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, croutons and serve immediately.

Serving Size: Makes 2 salads

    why not just buy some tilapia at the grocery store that hasn't been processed and shot full of chemical and sodium--just another advertisement for Gortons if you ask me. :( - 1/8/14
