2 Egg Veggie omelet

Ingredients

    Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 2 large
    green onions, .25 oz.
    Radish, Fresh, .5 oz.
    Salsa, 1 tbsp.
    Bacon, .25 serving
    Western Family Mozzarella Shredded Cheese, .25 serving

Tips

Depending on the veggies I will cook the veggies a head of time so they are hot when I put them in the omelet.


Directions

Beet eggs in bowl
Cut veggies up What ever kind you want
Start cooking egg in a small pan when almost done add your cheese and then put veggies in middle. Fold & put on plate
