"Green" Pasta with Sesame Ginger Chicken

A low cal, low fat one dish wonder. Loaded with veggies and packed with protein. This is a great quick throw together meal because you can use veggies right out of the freezer! Ingredients

12 oz boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup Lawry's Sesame Ginger Marinade w/ Mandarin Orange
1 cup frozen, chopped spinach
2 cups frozen green beans
10 oz frozen broccoli
1/2 cup sliced onion
2 cups cooked whole wheat egg noodles
Directions
Slice the chicken into thin strips and place in a ziploc bag, pour in the marinade. Marinate for at least 30 minutes (longer is better). You can set the chicken up to marinate earlier in the day or even the day before you plan to make this.
When you are ready to prepare the meal take all of the veggies and cook them on medium heat just until they begin to thaw. Stir constantly so they don't burn. Add the marinated chicken. Continue to cook until veggies are tender crisp and chicken is cooked all the way through. Stir in the egg noodles just before serving.
