I can't get the calories quite right, based on what chicken entry is used. The closest I could get was using "Perdue Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast, 1 filet, 4.8 oz.", which gives this recipe the total calorie count of 140 instead of Bob's 134.     Olive oil spray
    4 4-ounce skinless, boneless chicken breasts
    Cracked black pepper
