Turmeric salad

Ingredients

    5 cups of spinach- to save time use spring greens if you would like instead
    2 avocados
    2 cups carrots shredded, grated- whatever state you like
    1/4 cup red/purple cabbage
    1 cup of golden raisins or medjool dates
    1/4 of parsley or cilantro
    1 teaspoon of lemon zest

Tips

You can also use Medjool dates - you should take out the pits if they aren't pitted and then chop them.


Directions

add the turmeric dressing, massage on the greens and serve.
