Raw Marinara Sauce

Ingredients

    4-6 Roma Tomatoes
    1 large red bell pepper
    1 cup sun dried tomatoes
    1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
    2 garlic cloves
    1/8 Himalayan red sea salt
    Garam Marsala
    pinch of cayenne pepper
    black pepper to taste
    smoked paprika
    cilantro
    1 large onion
    2 -3 stalks of celery




Tips

If the sauce is too thick, you can just add filtered water to thin.


Directions

Process the Marinara ingredients, except for the fresh herbs in a food processor until well processed but still thick and chunky. Add the fresh herbs and process until mixed.
