Wonton Wraps (Seymour)

Ingredients

    1 pkg. wontons
    1 c. Prepared hidden valley ranch dry seasoning pkt
    1 lb. Italian sausage
    1/2 c. Red pepper, finely diced
    1 c. Black olives, finely diced
    8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
    8 oz. shredded Monterey jack cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray cupcake pan with cooking spray. Press wonton into each cup and shape. Bake 6-10 min or until lightly golden brown. Let cool.

Brown sausage, drain. Add remaining ingredients. Spoon into prepared wontons and bake until heated through and cheese is melted. Serve warm.

Serving Size: Serving size is 1 wonton, makes 60.
