Cucumber Tomato Mushroom Salad

Ingredients

    cucumber
    roma tomato
    mushrooms
    green onions (scallions)
    green bell pepper
    lawry's garlic salt
    ground pepper
    parmesan cheese, grated
    Kraft Light Done Right Italian Salad Dressing

Directions

Slice all of the veggies, thin
a pinch of garlic salt & ground pepper
add cheese and dressing and toss

MY NOTES: this makes approximately 3 cups, I allowed for a full 1 cup portion per person. By adjusting your ingredients you can control your portions. As always with our recipes, you can add or take away any veggies you don't want and spice according to your tastes.
