Ingredients

    Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats, 1.5 cup
    *100% Natural Whey Protein (Pure Protein - Vanilla), 3 serving
    Cinnamon, ground, 4 tsp
    Baking Soda, .5 tsp
    Morton Table Salt, 0.25 tsp
    Allspice, .125 tsp
    Nutmeg, ground, .125 tsp
    All Whites Liquid Egg White 12 tbsp = 4 egg whites
    Carrots, raw, 227 grams = 8 oz
    Raisins, .25 cup, packed
    *Splenda, 12 tsp = 1/4 cup
    Water, tap, .5 cup
    Applesauce, unsweetened, 1/2 cup

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Turn oatmeal into powder in a food processor
3. Mix dry ingredients (flour, whey protein, cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg, baking soda and salt) together in a bowl.
4. Purée carrots
5. Mix wet ingredients (egg whites, Splenda, carrots, applesauce and water) in a bowl.
6. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix together.
7. Line 8x8 cooking dish with parchment paper, spray with a non stick butter spray and add batter to dish.
8. Bake 20-30 minutes.
